There are various anti aging yoga poses that help in slowing down the aging process:

Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) 

This asana is called Dhanurasana or bow pose because in it, the body is stretched in a stringed bow like formation. The asana is held for about 15-30 seconds and helps in improving the appetite and digestion of body. It also helps in balancing the hormone levels of body and works to improve the posture of the body and cures backache as well.
