Manuka Honey:

It has been used for ages as a natural medicine for rejuvenating skin and boosting immunity by stimulating cytokine production.

Turmeric:

Turmeric fights against cell damage and aging. The powerful pigment, curcumin present in it inhibits the shortening of telomere (a part of chromosome) by restricting the activity of telomerase – an enzyme – which is thought to be a leading cause of aging and degenerative diseases. The shorter the telomere, more would be the likelihood of experiencing cellular aging.

Spinach:

This is a nutritional star and contains folate, which is known to ward off aging.

Research says that people, who consume Vitamin C, a major component of lemon and lime juice, actually have lesser wrinkles and better skin texture.
