2. Going to Bed

4. Drinking Citrus Juices

The fibers and acid in citrus fruits can be harmful on an empty stomach, especially for people having gastritis.

9. Chewing Gum

While you chew gum, your body produces hydrochloric acid, which could cause side-effects if your stomach is empty.
