Trait 1: Dearth of guilt and shame
In a normal situation if we come across somebody who claims to be hurt by our actions, then we will feel instant guilt even if we are not completely sure about our fault. However, a sociopath would never apologize for anything, even for the things that he may know were wrong. The society thrives on support and good gestures; we proffer mannered remorse for our action but an individual with a sociopathic personality will never feel any empathy or remorse for his actions, they might apologize in exceptional situations but only for the purpose of saving face, not really because they actually feel any guilt or shame for their crooked actions.
