Cause 3: Lactose intolerance
A condition that refers to the inability to expose oneself to the ingredient lactose, which is commonly found in numerous dairy products. Individuals with an aversion to lactose generally suffer from lactase deficiency which makes it difficult for them to digest lactose, any attempt of trying to digest lactose is met by discomforting situations like bloating, pain, nausea, diarrhea and gas. Even though the symptoms start appearing after post couple of hours of lactose consumption, but the impact of the condition can be quite lethal depending upon the net total of lactose consumption.
