Cause 1: Excessive gas problem
The gastrointestinal tract of our body is furnished with two primary sources for the fluttering of gas, first, it’s from the movement of bacteria that resides in our intestines, second is the inhaled air that reaches our stomach while eating. Our stomach tends to be filled with air during unregulated eating or drinking. The logical way of reducing bloating in situations like this is ejecting all the excess gas from our body through burping or farting. Burping is an act of removing excess gas from our mouth while farting, on the other hand, is the ejection of the gas through our anus.
