Stamina Reduction and Decrease in Strength:
Due to aging, muscle tissues deteriorate, arteries harden, walls of the heart thicken, and heart rate becomes slow. Therefore, it becomes difficult to exercise and carry out strenuous physical tasks with the strength and stamina as one has at the age of 25. Some elderly also develop anemia, i.e., lesser count of red blood cells. Other symptoms of aging are chest pain, dizziness, breath shortness and even fainting.
