  • Preheat the oven (350oF).
  • Take a silicon pan. If not available, take a normal pan and grease or line it with parchment paper.

  • Take rest of the ingredients and mix them together using an electronic mixer or a mixing bowl. A food processor can also be used if available.

Ingredients:

  • Psyllium husks (finely grind)- ½ cup (60 grams)
  • Pumpkin seeds- ¼ cup (40 grams)

  • Chia seeds- ¼ cup (40 grams)
  • Sesame seed flour (ground flax seed)- 2 tablespoons (15 grams)
  • Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Salt- ¼ teaspoon
  • Melted coconut oil- 3 tablespoons
  • Egg whites- 1¼ cup (300 grams)
  • Almond milk- ½ cup

How to prepare:

  • Take a large mixing bowl and mix together psyllium husks, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia, flax, salt and baking powder.
  • Add coconut oil and stir.
  • Now, add almond milk and egg whites and blend the ingredients together.
  • When the mixture gets thickened, put them in a 8X4 inch loaf pan. Either use a silicon pan, or grease line a normal pan.
  • Bake the mixture at 325oF for 70 minutes or until the internal temperature is about 215oF.

  • Psyllium husks (grind)- 6 tablespoons (27 grams)
  • Coconut flour- 1 cup (110 grams)
  • Egg whites- 2 cups (1 pint of a carton)
  • Eggs- 2 (large)
  • Baking soda- 1½ teaspoons
  • Coconut oil- ¼ cup
  • Avocado oil- ½ cup
  • Warm water- ¾ cup

How to prepare:

  • Preheat the oven (350oF).
  • Take a muffin top pan and grease it lightly.
  • Now, mix psyllium with water and keep it aside until it forms a gel.
  • Meanwhile, take the other ingredients and mix them together using electric mixer or by pulsing them in a food processor.
  • Add the psyllium gel to the mixture of other ingredients and continue mixing with food processor/electronic mixer.
  • The final mixture forms a batter. Divide the batter in the muffin molds of the muffin pan.
  • Put the mixture in the oven and bake for about 20-30 minutes, until the edges turn brown.
  • Keep the pan intact for 10-15 minutes and then separate the buns from it. Now, let the buns cool down.

Ingredients:

  • Psyllium husks- 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut flour- 2 tablespoons

  • Egg whites- 8
  • Large eggs- 2

  • Tartar cream- 1 teaspoon

  • Now, add garlic powder to the mixture and whisk the mixture. However, sweetener can also be used in place of garlic power if you want to make the crepes sweet instead of savory.
