This Is How a 57-Year-Old Aussie Woman Lost 66 Pounds With Intermittent Fasting. Know How Good Is It for You?

Davidson was so inspired by her own transformation journey that she along with her business partner Victoria Black opened a new venture, to help people lose weight with the concept of intermittent fasting.

Intermittent fasting can be done by following regular fasting in intervals. The different kinds of intermittent fasting are:

1. 5:2 diet: You are told to eat 500-600 calories for the first two days of the week. For the rest 5 days, you can eat normally.

2. Eat-stop-eat diet: In this, you can go on a 24-hour fasting once or twice a week.

3. 16/8 method: For this, you have to skip breakfast every day, and you are allowed to eat only in an 8-hour period.
