Jillian Michaels is a licensed personal trainer and is a global expert in the field of health and wellness. Not just limited to this, she is also an entrepreneur, television star, motivator, nutrition and wellness advisor, and has also been named as the best-selling author by New York Times.

Jillian holds two certificates in personal training authorized by National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She has also been certified by Kettlebell Concepts and American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).

Along with her numerous DVD’s, she’s also written many books, including her best sellers — “Unlimited: How to Build an Exceptional Life” and “Master Your Metabolism”. She’s also appeared on numerous TV shows like “The Biggest Loser,” “The Doctors” and her exclusive eight-episode TV series, called “Losing it with Jillian.”

Michaels runs her very own website, where people can subscribe her for online workout and diet training, and read her fitness blogs. She has android and iOS applications on her name as well. She also posts her workout videos on YouTube. She is also popular on Twitter with over 1 million followers.
