In case I miss the dose?
It is not a big deal if you forget to take your dose on time. Well, if it has been slipped from your mind to take the vitamin for more than one day, you need not be bothered because it takes some time for our body to lower down the level of vitamins.
You must take the missed dose the moment you remember if there is enough difference between the timing of two doses.
If it is time to take your next dose & you forgot to have your previous dose, you should take next dose on time skipping the previous dose.
In case I take overdose?
